What you can expect in a session
During an RTT session, hypnosis is used to get you into a relaxed mental state where you connect with your subconscious mind. Then we go back to events and memories linked to the root cause of your presenting issue. We uncover the negative meaning, interpretation and beliefs from these events and then change the meaning, interpretation and beliefs to ones which are positive and empowering.
Rapid breakthroughs are achieved by understanding and fixing the root cause, rather than just addressing the symptoms of the presenting issue. This is why RTT has such a permanent all-pervasive impact, as it erases and eradicates issues at the core for life-changing benefits.
A personalized recording (10-15 minutes long) is created for you and you listen to this recording every day for 21 days. As brain works with repetition, this is the time needed for your brain to adopt new habits of thinking and acting. This will rewire the subconscious for fast effective and long-term change.
There are three ways in which people experience change after an RTT session
It is normal for people to respond differently to an RTT session. We all change differently.
There are three different types of change:
Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours during and immediately after the session.
Cumulative: You see consistent shifts every day, or overtime.
Retrospective: You do not see the shifts right away. One day you look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
Listening to a personalised recording daily for at least 21 days is crucial in supporting all three of these experiences of change.
