What to expect from the retreat

Daily meditation and hypnosis with Dragana, for peace and joy. Even if you have never meditated before, this is a great oportunity to start.

Intimate friendly group where you will feel supported, connected and loved. Beach idylla with laughing, dancing and relaxation.

Location

The retreat is held at Floripa Yoga and Kite Center, located on a beautiful coast of south Sicily. Rooms are only a few steps away from a long sandy beach. You are welcome to spend a day at lido Zuma beach club, where you can enjoy delicious lunches and snacks as well as sunbeds and hammocks. Closest airport is the International airport of Catania (1h30min by car). Floripa is happy to help you organize a private transfer from the airport at an extra cost. Alternatively there are regular buses from the Catania airport to the nearest town Pozzallo (5min drive from Floripa), where friendly Floripa staff can pick you up from.

Optional extra activities

Floripa has instructors that offer kitesurf, windsurf and stand up paddle lessons. If you are already experienced you can only rent the equipment as well. Morning and evening yoga classes are available at Floripa. There are also paddle board yoga classes offered. On top of that, there are three fantastic inhouse therapists (Osteopathy, Massage and Reflexology). Bikes are available to use during free time and a jacuzzi that can be privatized on demand. You can use a volley court on the beach, as well.
